Creating a video library that customers love.

Video tutorials are incredibly effective for educating customers and improving their success with our product. Working hand in hand with our customer success team, I learn our software features and translate help guides into customer enablement videos. By adding animation and testimonials from fellow customers, we have improved NPS scores and decreased support requests.

During the pandemic, we’ve found creative ways to film videos remotely, and I’ve even gotten out of my comfort zone to host a series of welcome videos. To create our new online Academy, I designed an in-house studio, wrote, filmed and edited all video content.
